Step-by-step visual guide
In your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store → Themes
Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to your active theme, then select Edit Code
In the left sidebar, find Layout → theme.liquid
Scroll to the bottom and find </body>
Paste your script tag right before </body>
Click Save in the top right corner

Do I need to add it to every page?
No. Adding it to theme.liquid makes it appear on all pages automatically - product pages, cart, collections, and homepage.
Will it slow down my Shopify store?

What if I switch themes?
You'll need to add the script tag to your new theme's theme.liquid file. The code stays the same - just copy and paste it again.

No. Shopify's checkout doesn't run theme code, so the widget shows on every page except checkout: home, collections, products and cart.
