Will it slow down my site?
Barely. The widget is 18.9 KB in total, including opening the chat, and it loads after your page. In the same test Crisp came to 267 KB and Tawk.to to 462 KB.
What does it store about my visitors?
No cookies and no third-party tracking. Once a visitor opens the chat you can see which pages they viewed on your site. The privacy policy lists everything we keep.
How fast do replies arrive?
Messages travel over a live WebSocket connection, so a reply shows up the moment it is sent. No polling, no page refresh.
